A Step-by-Step Guide to Renting a Property with Us

If you're looking for a new place to call home, you've come to the right place! Renting a property with us is a straightforward process, and we're here to guide you through each step. Here's how you can secure your next rental property:

Step 1: Browse Available Properties Visit our website to explore the properties we currently have available for rent. Whether you're looking for a cosy apartment in the city or a charming house in the countryside, we have options to suit various preferences and budgets. Step 2: Schedule a Viewing Once you've found a property that interests you, get in touch with us to schedule a viewing. Block viewing appointments will be available throughout the week. This is your opportunity to see the property in person, ask questions, and get a feel for the area. Please note that if you have booked yourself in for a block viewing and there is high demand for that particular property, you may need to wait outside until it is your turn to view on that day.

Step 3: Submit Your Application If you've found the perfect place, it's time to submit your tenancy application. The application is a two-stage process. First, you need to fill out the application form here. Then, create your "rental passport" and provide us with credit history, income confirmation, landlord references, etc. here. Each applicant who is 18' or older must submit a separate application. Be sure to provide accurate information and any required documentation. You can find the answers to the most common questions here:

Do any of your landlords accept pets?

Each landlord has their own policy regarding pets. Most landlords are open to considering pets if your application is fully completed and you provide us with your credit history, income confirmation, previous landlord references, etc.

Please note that service animals are not treated as pets.

Do you accept tenants on benefits?

What if I don't have landlord references?

Do you offer short-term rentals?

Do you offer alternatives to the "cash" deposit?

Can I see a copy of your standard occupation contract?

Step 4: Pay Security Deposit and Rent

Congratulations, your application for your dream property has been accepted. Before moving in, you'll need to pay a security deposit along with your first month's rent. The deposit amount is typically equivalent to one month's rent. Once payment is received, the property will be reserved for you and advertised as 'let agreed'. This is the time when we will inform any other applicants that they were unsuccessful. Step 5: Schedule the Move In and Enjoy Your New Home

You can choose your preferred move-in date and time. Once all paperwork is finalised and payments are processed, you'll receive the keys to your new rental property. Now it's time to move in, settle down, and make your new space feel like home.
