LETTINGS:

Tenant Find service:

£299.00; (discounts from £350.00) A one-off fee for the first-month rental.

 

Full Management service:
10%; (£35.00 minimum fee) of any rent received with an additional one-off administration fee of £180.00 for a tenant find service to be deducted from the first month’s rent.

Rent Collection service:
4%; (£20.00 minimum fee) per rent 
collection.

Move-in service only:

£150.00; The services provided include: The Standard Occupation Contract (sign online), notifying the Council Tax department and the Landlord Tap, Protecting bond. (The property need to be licenced and must meet all legal rental requirements)

Move-out service only:

£150.00; The services provided include: Meeting with the current tenant to collect the key, going through the inventory (if available), taking photos of the property condition, informing the current providers, Council Tax department, and the Landlord Tap.

Written inventory with photos and video:

£110.00;

Vacant property visits for insurance purposes;
