Complaints Procedure

 

Silver Oak Property aims to provide a high standard of service to all landlords, applicants and contract-holders. If you are unhappy with any part of the service you have received, you can raise a complaint using the procedure below.
 

To make a complaint, please contact Silver Oak Property in writing by email to info@silveroakproperty.com or by post to Silver Oak Property Limited, 2 Ralph Street Llanelli SA15 1TU. Please include your name, the property address and full details of the issue so it can be investigated.
 

Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days. A full investigation will be completed and a written response will be issued within 15 working days. If more time is required you will be informed and kept updated.
 

If you are not satisfied after receiving the final response, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Property Redress Scheme. Silver Oak Property is a member of the Property Redress Scheme | Membership No: PRS019616. You must refer your complaint to the Property Redress Scheme within 12 months of receiving the final response from Silver Oak Property.
