And so another year has almost come to an end...

In the last 12 months, we’ve had three prime ministers, four different housing secretaries, a rent freeze in Scotland, a total overhaul of tenancy rules in Wales, and a rental reform white paper for England.

It’s been an exciting year at Silver Oak Property too. One of the business years of all time with many new clients joining us.
